Repeat Prescription Service

We can order your repeat prescription from your doctor for you; and have it dispensed ready for you to collect or simply wait for it to be delivered – saving you a trip to your GP, time waiting for the script to be dispensed and petrol. It’s easy and it’s free!

To join our free Repeat Prescription Collection service simply complete the electronic form below leaving your details and ordering your medicines. We need up to four working days before you can collect your medicines or have them delivered. For more urgent requests please phone the Pharmacy.

Please Note: We are also able to accept prescriptions electronically using the secure NHS Electronic Transmission of Prescriptions Programme (ETP); ask us for details.

This service is only available to patients of the surgeries in the list on the form below, who have a valid, up-to-date, repeat prescription.

If your surgery is not listed in the box below please phone the pharmacy for advice.

(Alternatively, for anyone preferring to continue using their printed repeat prescription request slip showing the drugs that you are on, when you have about one week's supply left you should tick the items you need on the request slip and hand it in to either Stockbridge Pharmacy ‘The Chemist’ or Sturminster Pharmacy.)
